At 3.30am on Thursday June 18 a vehicle was stolen from Stennets Road in Comboyne. The vehicle was located on Innes View Road at 8.50am that same day. It appears a hat had been stolen from inside the vehicle.

Between 11pm June 19 and 4.20pm June 20 a break and enter occurred at Kendall Crescent, Bonny Hills. Entry was gained through an unlocked window. Inquiries continue.

Among the hours of 4pm Friday June 19 and 8.30am the next morning, a break and enter occurred in Bonnyridge Road, Bonny Hills. Entry was gained via a rear window. A laptop XBOX and jewellery were stolen.

At 10.20pm Saturday 20 June police attended a large group of intoxicated people loitering around a Boulevard Dunbogan premises after a birthday party. A 21-year-old person was arrested and charged with offensive language and resisting police. The man will appear in Port Macquarie court in July. Inquiries continue.

About 4.48pm June 21 a man driving a 2009 red Holden Commodore sedan failed to pay for petrol at a Kew service station. It was reported that the vehicle had previously been stolen from Cundletown and was last seen heading north on the Pacific Highway. The driver was described as a male aboriginal of thin build wearing a hooded jumper. Inquiries continue.

About 4.40am June 24 a 39 old female was stopped in the Rainbow Beach Carpark, Bonny Hills for the purposes of a RBT. She returned a positive test and was arrested and conveyed to Laurieton Police Station for the purposes of a breath analysis. She returned a reading in the High Range. She stated she had consumed 5 nips of spirits between 8pm and 4.15am. She was issued with a Court Attendance Notice and her licence suspended.

About 8.50pm on June 23 a 19 old female lost control of her 2008 Holden Astra whilst driving on the Pacific Hwy near Herons Creek. It is alleged she hit a large pot hole and collided with the north western concrete guard rail causing extensive damage to the vehicle. Upon Police arrival she was breath tested which proved positive. She was arrested and conveyed to the Port Macquarie Police Station Police Station for the purposes of a breath analysis. She returned a reading in the mid range. Her licence was suspended and she was issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice. One lane of the highway was closed whilst waiting for the tow truck.

About 5.15pm on June 22, Police stopped a 27 old male from Harrington who was driving his 1990 Nissan Skyline in Granite St., Port Macquarie. A check of his licence revealed that it was disqualified from February 4 2009 for 12 months. He was issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice.

At around 7pm on June 28 a group of people from South West Rocks were enjoying a meal at the Kew Hotel after travelling from Sydney where they had purchased 2 new trail bikes. The trail bikes were on a trailer at the rear of the hotel and when one of the group returned to the vehicle they saw two males, one running and the other on one of the motorbikes heading west on Kendall Road. The male on foot then got into a vehicle parked nearby and its details were obtained. Police were alerted of the incident and attended premises in Graham St., Kendall where person/s were spoken to. A search of the premise located the trail bike hidden under a tree with the engine still hot.

It was returned to the owner.

The female occupier of the premise was then issued infringement notices for registration offences. Enquiries continue into the theft of the trail bike.
