Corey Clarke playing in the 10 boys lost in the final after only losing one match in his pool and that was to the eventual winner. Blake Clarke made the finals of the 12 boys and was up against the number one seed, a boy who was twice his size. However size does not necessarily win matches and at two each Blake started putting the pressure on, playing some great angle shots and frustrating the number one seed who fell apart with Blake going on to take the final 6/3.

In the 16 boys event, Jason Taylor had lost only one match all day and that was against his finals opponent. However he went into the game confidently approaching the net at every opportunity. Determination and good shot-making won him the final 6/3.
