Camden Haven Marine Rescue saw a change of Unit Commander at the AGM on Tuesday 5th June with George Tedds stepping down and Ken Clancy being elected as the new Unit Commander for the next two years.
Ken Rutledge, the acting Deputy Commander, was elected into that position, also for 2 years. George has been a member of the Unit since 1988, its Unit Commander for the past 12 years and Deputy for the previous 6 years. He has provided strong leadership from his wealth of knowledge in marine rescue and leaves the Unit well positioned to meet the challenges of the future.
