LOVE is the driving force behind a barbecue for the needy to be held on the foreshore of the Camden Haven River Friday August 5.

Local man Graham Lee is coordinating the barbecue which he hopes will become a weekly event.
Businesses in the Camden Haven are supporting the initiative, but further donations are required.
If you can’t make a donation of food or items of comfort, then locals are invited to attend and provide encouragement for those in need.
The barbecue will be held in the picnic area behind the Laurieton United Services Club at 3pm.
