The attack comes a week after Sediuk attacked model Gigi Hadid in Milan, lifting her off the ground.
Kardashian West was on her way for dinner at celebrity haunt Restaurant l'Avenue when Sediuk launched himself at her in an attempt to kiss her behind.
Sediuk was intercepted by Kardashian West's long-time bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, who swooped in before Sediuk made contact with the star and knocked the self-described "entertainment Hollywood reporter" to the ground. A struggle took place, but Sediuk was no match for the army-trained German and was sent sprawling.
Outraged fans have taken to social media, demanding Sediuk face justice for "sexual assault".
The guy who tried to SEXUALLY ASSAULT (he tried to kiss her ass literally) @KimKardashian and got hit by her body guard got what he deserved— Jasmine Andrade (@jasmineeandrade) September 28, 2016
Hey guys @BuzzFeed, I fixed your headline:
'Same guy who ASSAULTED Gigi Hadid just tried to SEXUALLY ASSAULT Kim Kardashian'. https://t.co/eQONOBMG5h— Matt C (@MattKrahe) September 28, 2016
Explain to me why this guy isn't being arrested for sexual assault: https://t.co/LW6Z1E08Hf— Me (@Plaidsheep324) September 28, 2016
Duvier took to his Instagram shortly after the attack to acknowledge what he believes is a loophole in the legal system when it comes to protecting celebrities.
"If I would have punched [him], I would have been charged with battery/assault," Duvier said. "Actions of self-defence are only permitted during an ongoing attack/threat.
"[Sediuk] is known for bothering individuals and the law allows him to do it over and over again."
Kardashian West, who is married to rapper Kanye West, used Twitter to show her appreciation for her bodyguard.

It's not the first time Sediuk has come into contact with the reality television star and app mogul.
Two years ago at Paris Fashion Week the Ukrainian, who seemingly does not deem it inappropriate to touch a woman's body uninvited, dived for her legs.
The controversial celebrity prankster also took to his Instagram to offer up an unusual explanation for the near-kiss.
"I was protesting Kim for using fake butt implants. I encourage her and the rest of Kardashian clan to popularise natural beauty among teenage girls who follow and defend them blindly," he wrote. (Kardashian West has always denied having butt implants, even undergoing an x-ray on a KUWTK episode.)
Other ways to protest that don't involve groping, include but are not limited to, tying yourself to a tree, a picket, march and boycott.
