The open mic starts at 7pm, get in early if you want to perform two numbers, put your name on the board and secure your place – six places only. Then sit back and watch and enjoy Phoenix.
Phoenix (previously known as Wednesday) are a small a capella group formed over five years ago, with a view to providing experienced singers with challenging music to sing. A large amount of their repertoire is arranged by Rachel Hore or Stephen Tabener, both well known arrangers in the Australian music scene. Phoenix sing many styles of music and have great fun presenting to an audience a song which has been a challenge to learn.
Kendall Community Hall doors open at 6.30pm.
Tea/coffee and nibbles provided.
Bring your instrument and do a couple of numbers during the open session or just come and enjoy the show.
Entry is by donation, Kendall Music Exchange operates as a not for profit community activity.
