Suppliers of great local produce delighted Wauchope foodies at Hastings Co-op’s hugely popular Twilight Tastings at Wauchope Showground on Friday March 24.

This year’s event had a more family-friendly focus and an expanded line-up of entertainment and local food and beverage suppliers.
Attractions include farmers market stalls, live music from Hannah Pead and Blue Hype and children’s entertainment.
Event organiser Lisa Attkins of Hastings Co-op said it was all about celebrating food and drink in a relaxed environment, where suppliers can share their products, and locals can try something new.
“There’s a real sense of community, which the Hastings is renowned for,” she said.
Among the goodies were chocolates, salamis, cheese and strawberries and award-winning local wines, spirits and boutique beers.
