I have just read a suggestion for the disposal of the old Stingray Creek bridge in "Letters to the Editor" in the Camden Haven Courier, April 5, 2017, from Brad Plummer, Dunbogan.

Mr. Plummer suggests that the old bridge be taken by barge out to sea to create new artificial reefs, and to augment the existing reef known as "The Titan". Although I no longer fish, I have spent many years fishing offshore and am aware of the benefits of artificial reefs for local fishermen and also for tourism.

I fully endorse his comments and ideas on this matter and would urge your Government to give his idea serious consideration.
