The Less is More! workshops will provide residents with useful declutter tips and tools as well as teaching them how to prevent the clutter returning.
MIDWASTE in partnership with Port Macquarie-Hastings Council have developed the program to help residents learn how to declutter their home and dispose of excess items sustainably.
Wendy Grant from MIDWASTE said the Less is More! Workshops are a fun and engaging way to help people think about what they own, what matters for them and participants can learn tips and tricks for managing clutter more effectively.
The first Less is More! Workshop is at the Laurieton School of Arts Hall on Tuesday, October 10 between 11am and 1pm. To register call the Laurieton Library on 6581 8177.
There is also a workshop at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Library on Thursday, October 12 between 6pm and 8pm with a light supper provided. To register please call the library on 6581 8755.
The third workshop is at Wauchope CWA Hall on Wednesday, October 11 between 11am and 1pm. To register please call the Wauchope Library on 6581 8162. Afternoon tea will be provided.
