Daylight Savings begins on October 1 at 2am in NSW

DAYLIGHT saving will begin in NSW on Sunday, October 1 when clocks go forward one hour at 2am.

We will lose an hour of sleep, but gain an extra hour of sunlight. Whatever way you look at it, there are sure to be pros and cons.

We want to know your thoughts. Do you love daylight savings, or do you want to chuck it on the scrap heap? Have your say in our poll below.

Daylight savings ends at 3am Eastern Daylight Saving Time on the first Sunday in April.
