The gates open at 7.30am and the event will finish at about 1pm.
There will be a number of stalls on the day including for the purchase of plants, cakes and preserves. Every player receives prize when they participate in the lucky dip stall. Members of the church advise people to arrive early to avoid disappointment at missing out.
There will be food and drinks available for purchase and a barbecue. A number activities are on offer for children including face painting, craft, jumping castles, dart throwing and the ever popular ‘wet sponge to the face’ booth.
Event organiser Donna Austin said it will be a fabulous family day out.
“Grab a book or two, some craft goodies for Christmas gifts, toys for the kids or some freshly baked goodies,” she said.
Al funding raised from the 2017 event will be used to support children and youth ministries in the area.
The Camden Haven Anglican Church is located at 2 Mission Terrace, Lakewood.
