“We offer classes for all ages and abilities. Karate isn’t just for kids. Many adults also train with some beginning their Martial Arts journey later in life,” he said.

Learning a Martial Art is one of the best ways for a child to develop their confidence and character.

The dedication and discipline required to master karate can instill in your child the ABC’s of life: Attitude, Behavior and Character.

These traits are essential for success not just at home and in school, but in life. Learning these traits early can help your child develop into a mature, well-rounded and responsible individual, he said.

“Practice in Martial Arts trains the mind as well as the body, resulting in improved self-awareness, self-discipline, confidence and determination,” he said.

“Physically, Martial Arts training enhances strength, co-ordination, stamina and flexibility, but most importantly, it is fun too.”

Mid North Coast Karate is a full time fully equipped Martial Arts Centre located at Kew with two full tournament rings, bags, boxing and martial arts training aids.
