Local residents have even rung the Courier to enquire about the attraction.
At last the mystery can be revealed. According to Agriculture Teacher Mr Steve Shilling, the Pink Cow, affectionately known as Rosie is there to promote the High Schools upcoming Pink and Blue Day, which raises funds and awareness of Breast and Prostate Cancer.
The cow will stay as it is for the next couple of weeks before being transformed into its blue male counterpart to promote Prostate Cancer awareness.
Even now eager students are planning the paint job and the necessary anatomical adjustments to facilitate this process.
