North Coast Holiday Parks Bonny Hills has received a 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
The award was presented for their consistent outstanding reviews made by guests on the website.
The popular and well known holiday park is managed by the NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust (NSWCHPT). In recent times the park has undergone a number of improvements and is a popular holiday destination for visitors and locals.
Now in its sixth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is awarded to establishments that consistently receive great reviews on TripAdvisor.
Eleven holiday parks were honoured by Trip Advisor from North Coast Holiday Parks (NCHP) and South Coast Holiday Parks (SCHP), which form part of NSWCHPT’s group of 35 parks and boutique accommodation.
NCHP Bonny Hills managers, Michelle and Greg Morrissey said working at the park was more than just a job to their team.
“It’s a way of life dedicated to helping others which we all have embraced,” they said.
Receptionist Kelly Park, who has worked at Bonny Hills for almost a year, said Bonny Hills was an absolute paradise which she loved to share with guests.
“We have so many visitors that plan to stay for only the one night but they actually end up extending their stay because they fall in love with the place,” she said.

NSWCHPT CEO Steve Edmonds said the acknowledgement from TripAdvisor of excellence in customer service demonstrated that the Trust, park managers and all of their teams were committed to delivering the highest professional standards.
“I am proud that our parks are consistently receiving industry recognition for being the best they can be,” Mr Edmonds said.
“Our parks are in some of the most sensational locations in New South Wales and they all operate under the same Vision of providing the most memorable experiences possible for families and visitors to the area.”
The Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.
To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
