Friday August 5 is Jeans for Genes Day and the team at Camden Haven Medical Centre are getting behind the cause.
Donations are being collected at the front counter and the team will be bringing out their favourite jeans to wear on the day.
“Jeans for Genes Day is an important cause to support because all money raised goes into funding research into childhood diseases,” said practice manager Caroline Gaut.
“We are inviting donations at the centre, so even if you’re not a patient here but would like to donate, just drop in to our practice on Laurie Street.”
