Fifteen Kendall Tennis Club juniors qualified for the North East Junior Development Series Champion of Champions in Grafton.
After a series of eight tournaments on the coast the top eight in each age group were selected to attend the event on August 6 and 7 to play for position for the next level.
“It’s the largest contingent in the club’s history to make the event. If they do well they will head to Inverell from hear and then onto the State Championships.” said club President Wendy Hudson.
Well done to Paige Hudson, Elwood Dollery, Deegan Wallace in the 8 years, Sebastian Facer 10 years, Piper Facer and Niamh Cargil 12 years, Rhyan Hudson, Riley Hughes, Riley Dietrich, Adrianna Heagney 14 years, Connor McHugh, Callan Hughes, Jackson Wheate and Jackson Coram 16 years and Aaron Johnson 18 years.
