Triathlete Harry Jones, of Port Macquarie, made it a hat trick of wins at King of the Mountain on Sunday morning.
Keeping his times consistent Harry, once again, completed the gruelling 5km hill climb in 23 minutes and 47 seconds.
Kirsten Molloy earned the Queen of the Mountain title, saying the run to the top was quicker than she expected, after competing in several marathons.
Around 260 people entered the fun run, which raises vital funds for the Camden Haven Surf Lifesaving Club and Cystic Fibrosis NSW.
