Kendall Tennis Club junior Rhyan Hudson made the most of his Davis Cup Ballkid selection for the Australia versus Slovakia match in Sydney.
With only 18 Ballkids chosen, Rhyan spent three days on court with Australia’ best tennis players including Nick Kygrios, Bernard Tomic and Sam Groth.
“The atmosphere was great,” said Rhyan.
“The crowd was loud and best of all we won.”
Rhyan will continue to train now alongside several other Kendall Tennis Club juniors in preparation for Sydney Apia International in January.
The tournament is held immediately prior to the Australian Open as a lead up tournament.
