Untangle those chords, shop locally to update your front yard or shopfront Christmas displays, take photos of your creation and share them with us.
We’re building a photo gallery and interactive map to spread the Christmas cheer around the region. Here’s the map (story continues below):
Email in your photos of fabulous Christmas Light displays, along with the address it was taken. Email to kate.dwyer@fairfaxmedia.com.au, post to the Camden Haven Courier Facebook page or share via Instagram with the tag #CHXMAS2016.
You can also just send in the address of a festive display to help build our interactive map. You can nominate businesses and homes who have creative, colourful and fun displays.
We’ll update the map so you know where all the best places to see Christmas lights are in the Camden Haven.
Once again our friends at LJ Hooker Laurieton are sponsoring the Camden Haven Christmas Lights Competition. Look out for coupons in the paper to nominate a worthy home display to be in the running to win the $100 cash prize.
The best display, as judged by the Courier and LJ Hooker teams, will be announced in January.
The most popular business Christmas display will win the trophy sponsored by the Camden Haven Chamber of Commerce and the Camden Haven Courier. So send in your nomination for the most Christmassy business via email or on the coupon in the Courier.
