A group of students from Mid North Coast Karate recently attended their grading.
The students who train at Kew from White to Brown Belts all successfully passed. Students demonstrated their knowledge of Basics, Kata and for the higher grades Kumite.
Students from Mid North Coast Karate train under head instructor 5th Dan Shihan Peter Becroft. Shihan Peter has over 38 years experience in Martial Arts and has been teaching Karate in the Camden Haven for over 20 years.
“The recent grading was an outstanding success. Every student trained at their very best and never gave up. It was a privilege to see their strength and determination to succeed which resulted in all students passing. Martial Arts isn’t just for kids. We also cater for adults whether they are beginners or continuing their training. ”
Mid North Coast Karate is part of the Goshin Ryu Karate Association, one of Australia’s largest and longest running karate associations. Goshin Ryu has clubs throughout Australia.
Karate has also been included in the 2020 Olympic Games in Japan.
