Come and join the volunteer guides on a stroll down Laurie Street on Saturday April 29 – where it all used to happen – reminisce the past and see what is happening today.
The walk will start and finish at the historic Laurieton School of Arts building where the local museum is located at the corner of Bold and Laurie Streets - diagonally across the road from the Plaza Theatre.
Previous participation on the walks has been excellent – hence bookings to do the walk are appreciated as numbers are limited.
“This is a great way to spend a morning in our beautiful town. There is a small cost and all proceeds go towards helping the Camden Haven Historical Society keep out museum open,” said volunteer Mike Dodkin.
Walk Time: 9am – 10:30am – an additional walk may occur later that morning if numbers warrant .
Cost: $5 or donation
Walk start: Museum Verandah
Walk finish: School of Arts Hall
