The event is on July 22 from 2pm until 7pm on Bold Street, Laurieton. This is the third time it has been on.
Event organiser Peter Nash said the festival was a way to connect local businesses with the growing number of people who are moving to the Camden Haven.
“By having the street party it’s enabling people to come and see what is on offer,” he said.
Mr Nash said a lot of people are choosing to do their shopping online or going elsewhere and the festival was a way to encourage them to support locals.
The white Christmas theme is in stark contrast to the often hot conditions experienced on December 25.
“A lot of people are from overseas, they are used to the cold and the snow for Christmas so we give them the opportunity to experience it,” Mr Nash said.
Children Mr Nash said will be impressed by the snow machine, the petting zoo and jumping castle.
Local up and coming country singer Emma Dykes will perform at the event.
Vintage cars will be present at the street party and characters from Frozen Princess Elsa, Olaf and Santa Claus will make a special appearance.
Mr Nash is hoping that about 4000 people will attend the event.
