A teenager has been charged following three fires in the Port Macquarie area.

The first incident occurred about 2pm on Thursday, May 25, when a small fire caused minor damage to an abandoned building on William Street.
In the second instance, about 10.15pm on Tuesday, August 8, an abandoned duplex was set alight in Munster Street, causing a moderate amount of damage.
During the latest incident, about 3.30am on Sunday, August 13, emergency services were called to Gordon Street following reports of a house fire.
Officers from Port Macquarie Local Area Command attended and found the home well alight.
Fire & Rescue NSW attended and extinguished the blaze, which was deemed to be suspicious.
No one was in the home at the time.
Officers from Mid North Coast Local Area Command have been investigating the fires, and determined they were linked.
As a result of inquiries, about midday on August 16, police arrested a 17-year-old boy and took him to Port Macquarie Police Station.
He was issued with a Court Attendance notice for aggravated break and enter, and three counts of destroy property in company by fire.
The teenager is due to face a Children’s Court on September 6.
No one was injured in any of the blazes.
