A graduation ceremony to farewell and congratulate Camden Haven High School Year 12 students was on September 21.

There were mixed emotions for many students who were sad about leaving the school but excited about what the future holds.
The ceremony recognised students who had excelled in subjects while in school and those who had shown commitment to activities outside of the school environment.
Max Wilson and Emily Gray were awarded with the CHHS Academic Achievement Award. Aaron Johnson was awarded with the Caltex All-Rounder.
During the ceremony Year 12 Dance Performance students Taylah Murray, Tahlia Coulton, Kate Simpson and Tahlia Wiegold did a routine performed to Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson.
There was also a Year 12 Musical Performance by Harry Firth, Aaron Johnson, Mitchell Handley, Inndia Vitnell, Deizal King, Jordan Frith and Daniel Joyce of “Don’t You Forget About Me” by Simple Minds.
Principal Margaret Hutchinson addressed the school and wished all students the best of luck for the future.
The 2017 captains and vice captains Taylah Murray, Max Wilson, Emma Eggins and Jordan Frith addressed the school and passed the baton to their 2018 peers.
