Member for Port Macquarie, Leslie Williams said the highly anticipated concert which is exclusive and free of charge is for locals over the age of 60 years.
“Securing the Seniors Christmas Concert is a win for our local seniors who will enjoy the benefits of a full-scale production and fun day out leading up to the Christmas season,” Mrs Williams said.
“I encourage all local residents aged 60 years and over to secure tickets early so they don’t miss out. The Seniors Christmas Concert tours different locations each year, to ensure as many seniors as possible can attend.
“These concerts are a great way for seniors to share in the spirit of Christmas and I am looking forward to singing along with local seniors.
“It is important, especially at Christmas time, for seniors to make new friends, get together with old ones, remain socially connected and be valued for their lifelong contribution,” Mrs Williams said.
