Alliance Airlines is offering registered charities the chance to join their Season of Giving promotion.

The initiative aims to assist charities with fundraising in the New Year.

Managing director Scott McMillan said the airline is excited to be part of the Port Macquarie-Hastings community.

“Since Alliance Airlines began flying into Port Macquarie, we have been committed to becoming a participating community member,” Mr McMillan said.

“Season of Giving is the first of three community projects we have planned and is our way of saying thank you and giving back to the community.

“Charities must be registered with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission (ACNC) to be eligible for the Season of Giving promotion.”

Charities will receive their free return flights certificates at a morning tea function on December 7, 2017.

If you would like to register your charity’s interest for Alliance Airlines’ Season of Giving, email promotions@allianceairlines.com.au with the following details no later than COB Monday December 4, 2017.

Charity name, charity ABN, contact person, contact email address, and contact phone number

Alliance Airlines operates daily Fokker 70 jet services between Port Macquarie and Brisbane. Flights are scheduled at 60 minutes, with actual flying time as short as 45 minutes.

Mr McMillan said the airline is ‘excited to be providing Port Macquarie-Hastings with daily jet services to Brisbane and have been encouraged by the enthusiastic support we have received from the local community’.
