Plans outline the proposed development of a shopping complex with a supermarket, service station, medical centre, commercial premises and 12 shops within the future town centre of Sovereign Hills.
Hopkins Consultants prepared a development application and statement of environmental effects on behalf of Lewis Land Group.
The documents were on exhibition at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council until January 2.
The proposed project includes civil work and a boundary adjustment.
The supermarket is earmarked to span 2500 square metres.
The 12 retail shops would range in size from 30 square metres to 300 square metres.
Office space is planned above the medical centre.
The area proposed for development fronts Main Street and John Oxley Drive.
The development application said the proposed ancillary development would include the construction of a 132-space car park to the north of the shopping complex, the construction of a public road connecting to John Oxley Drive, internal driveways and pedestrian thoroughfares throughout the site.
The development application exhibition followed the unveiling of the town centre stage one blueprint in November 2017.
Hastings Co-op joined Lewis Land Group for the unveiling as the Sovereign Hills town centre will have a Hastings Co-op IGA supermarket.
The shopping complex development will serve the growing master planned community and beyond.
The development application has yet to be determined.
