Laurieton’s Bruce Porter Reserve and Dunbogan Reserve will each get a two-lane boat ramp and pontoon.
The projects were successful through the state government’s Boating Now Program round two.
The state government is providing $570,000 to the two projects.
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is contributing $520,000.
Port Macquarie MP Leslie Williams said people would get better and safer access to the waterways as a result of the new infrastructure.
She said there had been previous investment at Westport and North Haven.
Mayor Peta Pinson said the two projects were a win for the Camden Haven.
She said the partnership with the state government was vitally important.
Marine Rescue Port Macquarie unit commander Greg Davies said it was a brilliant announcement.
He said the infrastructure would make a difference when putting boats in and out of the water.
NSW Boating Now supports initiatives that enhance the boating experience in NSW including the delivery of recreational boating infrastructure.
Meanwhile, $68,569 through the state government program will be used to extend the Harrington boat ramp to provide further access at mid to low tides.
“In NSW, we have some of the finest waterways and each year more than two million people head out on the water on boats or other watercraft to enjoy the sun, catch a few fish or to spend time with family and friends,” Mrs Williams said.
“The NSW Government will be delivering these local projects by the end of 2019 in partnership with local councils and other partners to make water activities safer, easily accessible and more enjoyable.”
