I’m currently a patient at Port Macquasrie Base Hospital, today (Wednesday, January 24) at 1.30 pm I noticed the bed table and a bottle of water wash shaking.

After the table and water stopped shaking you could still feel a vibration coming through the floor and the bed. I’m on the second floor of hospital and I thought at first someone was shaking the bed but the nurses were talking on the other side of the room.
When I asked the nurses did they see and feel that one of the nurses said they could feel the bed and floor vibrating but looked a bit perplexed and confused to why, and than we realised it was a tremor.
Other people are now reporting feeling it in different parts of Port Macquarie.
