The owner slowly and strategically purchased the sites on Hastings River Drive.

All Port Realty and PRDnationwide Port Macquarie are offering the five properties for sale by expression of interest.

PRDnationwide Port Macquarie principal and director Michael Marsh said there had been good interest in the high profile aggregation of sites.

The properties are zoned residential but the selling agents believe the appeal stems from the commercial potential, coupled with the high profile location.

“The highest and best use of the sites would be commercial,” Mr Marsh said.

He said the corridor had been heading that way for years.

It is rare for properties of this nature to come onto the market together.

All Port Realty principal Mark Swan said the properties had a high profile location on the northern entrance to the town.

The properties front Hastings River Drive and are close to Port Macquarie Airport.
