NSW SES Camden Haven Unit marches in 2018 Mardi Gras

The NSW SES Camden Haven Unit is an inclusive body for everyone, and members participated in the 2018 Mardi Gras to highlight this value.

Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA controller Paul Burg said this was the 40th year members from the Camden Haven unit have participated in the Sydney based event, to show their support for an organisation which practices respect and values from all different perspectives.

Mr Burg said volunteer and deputy team leader Nicholas Taylor represented the unit by marching in the parade.

He said the unit continues to be inclusive and open to anyone who wants to join to help out their community.
