The Kendall Blues will kick off the 2018 football season with an evening of entertainment at Kendall Citizen and Services Club on Saturday, March 10 from 6pm.

The Kendall Blues proved way too strong last year and were the Minor and Major premiers for 2017 of Hastings League under the guidance of captain/coach Beau Kettle and assistant coach Dustin Prosser.

The Blues have been training hard for the past few weeks and Beau is impressed with the turnout and the attitude of the players.

“It seems as if the boys haven’t had the last few months off, they are focused and ready to play,” he said.

The majority of the 2017 players have returned in 2018 and there are also some new, fresh young players.

There will be a barbecue supplied at the Kendall Club by the Kendall Blues, and everyone is invited.

Kendall Blues president Wayne Wilkes, captain/coach Beau Kettle and assistant coach Dustin Prosser are happy to chat with members of the community about the club.

Trev Hart Trio will provide entertainment for the crowd.
