Man injured by bull at Wingham rodeo

A 20 year-old man has been injured by a bull at Wingham rodeo.

He reportedly had a horn from the bull go into the helmet he was wearing, and suffered minor injuries.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to Taree overnight (Sunday March 11) to meet a paramedic ambulance carrying the injured patient.

He was flown John Hunter Hospital and it’s believed he is in a stable condition.
