St Joseph’s Primary School Laurieton has been congratulated for achieving significant gains in student learning growth based on national analysis of NAPLAN results.
The Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) congratulated St Joseph’s Primary School for having demonstrated substantially above average gains in reading and numeracy achievement.
The school also received a similar letter of congratulations from Mr David Condon, the Director of Schools for the Diocese of Lismore.
St Joseph’s Primary School Laurieton principal David Hughes said the school was very proud of the achievement, which was the result of a collaborative approach to planning for student learning by a dedicated team of teachers and support staff.
