The Camden Haven Eagles Junior Rugby League had a busy weekend with the U16s trial match against Port City Breakers at the Laurieton oval.

The Camden Haven Eagles from U10s to U16s then travelled to Taree to the home of the Taree Panthers Junior Rugby League on Sunday. The U14s were lucky enough to walk anyway as runners up for the knockouts.
Camden Haven Eagles president Jarryd Gaskin was amazed by how well the juniors conducted themselves in the the field of play.
He said all teams from the Camden Haven Eagles will be the ones to watch this season.
The U16 boys backed up from Saturday and had a few players out on injury. The club congratulated Locky for scoring the final try, which sent the spectators into overdrive with excitement.
Casey Morgan was acknowledged for encouraging the boys to keep their heads up in true leadership style.
Committee members were thanked for putting in a lot of hours in for organising the games at Taree on Sunday. Head sport trainer Joanne Natalie Perry was congratulated by the club for doing a fantastic job over the weekend, considering the amount of injuries.
Laurieton Hotel Stingrays was thanked for allowing the club to have a trial game and supplying food. Little ball boys Darby Moore, Issac Gaskin, Nash Knight also did a fabulous job.
Round one starts on April 14 for the Camden Haven Eagles Junior Rugby League.
