The concert is at Bonny Hills Community Church on Sunday, May 27 from 2pm.
The first half will feature the bright and lively style of the Bonny Hills Community Church Band and Laurieton’s Faye Owen will play her beautiful solo violin in the second half.
The Read triplets live in country NSW, Australia, with their dad and mum, Ben and Jemimah.
The children Anwen, Mahalah and Gideon rely on daily care and power wheelchairs.
Faye said her grandaughter met the Read triplets through working within the health sector and they made a massive impression on her.
Recently the family have been able to move into their new home, provided through the commitment and generosity of many donors and the community.
Due to the children’s mobility needs, ongoing remedial requirements and chronic medical issues, an appropriately modified and reliable vehicle is now a priority for the family.
Faye said she encourages everyone from the community to come along on May 27 to enjoy a wide variety of music and to help raise much needed funds for a very deserving family.
“The concert will be fabulous and will have so many different styles of music, there will be something for everyone to enjoy,” she said.
Afternoon tea will be served after the concert. Entry to the performance will be by donation.
