Bonny Hills artists Caroline Baker and Terri Maddock presented Wauchope Bonny Hills Surf Club president Peter Smith with a cheque for $1550 from the very successful Artists at Bonny Hills exhibition held at the club on the Easter weekend.

More than 30 paintings were sold and the artists were Brian Barker, Rita Carosi, Deb Sarkozy, Kim Madden, Linda Lockyer, Terri Maddock, Lyn Thomas, Julie Mills, Karen Cornish, Caroline Baker, Alison Lockley and Jan Wilson.

This was the third year the surf club hosted the Easter event and over that period, the Bonny Hills Artist exhibition has donated over $4000 for life saving equipment for the club.

The next local exhibition by these artists will be held over the weekend of September 28 to 30, as a part of the Back to Bonny’s Celebrations.
