There was a great turnout to the Battle of the Seas on the Green fundraising event on Sunday, June 24 at Club North Haven.
The event was organised by Camden Haven SLSC with the Laurieton Hotel Fishing Club.
People had fun taking their best shots on the green, while helping to raise money for a great cause.
A Christmas in July children’s charity disco will also help raise money for Sam.
The event is on Saturday, July 7 from 5pm.
Entry to the event at Laurieton United Services Club is $5. There will be glow sticks, a lucky door prize and a barbecue.
Samantha has always been an active member of the Camden Haven community. She volunteers at the Camden Haven Surf Lifesaving Club and for the Camden Haven Redbacks.
Unfortunately due to her ongoing treatments she has had to take a break from the childcare work she loves and the financial burden of further treatment is taking its toll.
