A driver is being treated for facial lacerations and back pain after a log reportedly fell off a truck and onto the vehicle he was driving on Lorne Road, Lorne.

Emergency services were alerted to the incident just after 7am on Monday, August 6.
The 25-year-old male driver of the car removed himself from his vehicle.
A spokesperson from NSW Ambulance said he was assisted by bystanders before treated by paramedics at the scene.
The man was transferred to Port Macquarie Base Hospital and is in a stable condition.
Lorne Road will be closed to motorists while it is being cleared.
