The event celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The theme for 2018 is ‘Because of her, We can!’
The school community attended a liturgy which was followed by a dance group presentation, courtesy of Camden Haven High School students.
Students were invited to challenge their tastebuds with barbecue bush tucker samplings during the lunch break.
There were a number of cultural activities in the afternoon which included face painting, braiding, artwork and music.
Parents and friends were invited to join in the activities.
