The issue was due to a hardware fault and started at 1.30pm on Wednesday, September 26. The issue was resolved at 10.30pm.
A number of residents and businesses reported outages in the afternoon.
Telstra area general manager Michael Marom apologised for the service disruption in the Laurieton area.
