Annie is a sweet eight and a half-year-old black greyhound seeking a loving family. She is friendly and loving and deserves a home that will cherish her into her golden years.
Despite being a retired racer she is not a high energy dog she enjoys to sleep most of the day but a short 30 minute walk is all she will need to keep her happy.
Annie prefers to be by your side or on a comfy lounge but will need access to outdoor living as she is not fully house trained.
Annie is not suited to a home with small animals such as cats, rabbits or small dogs as her urge to chase them would be high. She is okay with children as she her previous owner had a young child.
Annie is desexed, micro-chipped, vet checked, vaccinated, flea treated, wormed, heartworm tested and will cost $120 to adopt.
BERT AND ERNIE
Bert and Ernie are brothers who have spent all of their 7 years together and for this reason are in need of a new home together.
Bert and Ernie were part of a large number of cats that were surrendered as their previous owner had to go into a nursing home. They were very much loved cats but need a new home to love them once more.
Their new home will need to be a quiet, relaxed home without any small children or dogs as they are not used to being chased around. They would be fine with existing cats so long as they are introduced with care. They will need to be indoor only cats as they are quiet shy and would not cope outdoors.
Bert and Ernie are desexed, micro-chipped, vet checked, vaccinated, flea treated, wormed, litter trained and will cost $120 each.
Pets are housed at the RSPCA shelter at 10 Karungi Crescent, Port Macquarie. The shelter is open six days a week from 10am until 3.30pm and is closed on Tuesdays and on public holidays.
