The Postie Bike Dash aims to raise funds for kids living with disabilities, chronic illness or who are facing financial or geographic disadvantage.
Variety - the Children’s Charity motoring events manager Stuart Telfer said the participants had been having an excellent time.
The weather had been pleasant along the journey but Mr Telfer expected they would be riding in rain to the finish in Tamworth.
Along the way there have been a couple of flat tyres and one participant had to swap his bike for another.
Mr Telfer said the event had exceeded its initial goal to raise $150,000.
The group has visited schools for breakfast and lunches and has been giving funds to those who need support.
Several Camden Haven businesses have donated money to the cause.
The participants have ridden the back roads and by-ways from Tamworth to Glen Innes and made their way to Coffs Harbour, Nowendoc and Walcha before the finish in Tamworth.
