Country music singer Emma Dykes is set to headline a fundraiser at Kew Country Club on Sunday, November 18.
The event will raise funds for Westpac Helicoper, which delivers world-class aeromedical services for people who need it the most.
Emma is a local musician and has just returned home from an overseas tour of Germany, released her new single and is recently engaged.
Emma’s new single is aptly titled ‘A Drink In My Hand’ and was launched on September 17. She wrote it about her family who know how to have a good time.
Doors at the Kew Country Club will open at 9am and the show begins at 11am.
Entry is by a gold coin donation.
Breakfast at the club is available from 8.30am and lunch is from 11.30am.
A spokesperson from the club said people are invited to ‘come and join the party, meet new friends and listen to some great country music’.
Walk-up musicians are welcome to perform and will be supported by a country band.
The event is supported by PRD Real Estate, Laurieton.
