Paul recently received an award from the Camden Haven Community College, as part of the Port Macquarie Hastings Council Community Award program.
In 2018 Paul has taken pride in the garden, and shared his time and knowledge to educate others about the benefits of growing food naturally.
President Tony Carroll had the honour of presenting Paul with his award.
“They discussed the history of the wonderful garden and the memories it holds,” spokesperson from the college Megan McQuillan said.
“Tony had himself played a large part of managing the approval and construction of the local garden back in 2007 and often visits the garden to embrace the local produce on show.”
If people are looking for some top tips on how to grow Paul is available at the local garden to share his advice.
For more information or to become a member people can drop in to see Megan or Sally at the Camden Haven Community College or call 6559 6699.
The garden is open on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8.30am until 11am.
