The event is open to friends, families, sports teams and businesses.
Swimming club president Michelle Kirkwood said the highlight event is the Business House Handicap Relay.
"Teams of four people can be made up of work colleagues, friends, families, sports teams, or community groups," she said.
"Come and help us celebrate our swimming club's birthday by getting together your team for a fun relay.
"Throw out the challenge to others to take on your team.
"There's $100 prize money for the winning team."
The swimming club has a full program of events for all ages to enter. Swimmers don't need to be a member of the local club to enter. Past members, current, prospective members and anyone keen on swimming are welcome.
The cost of participation is $4 for an individual event raced over 33m or more. Junior dolphin events are for the younger attendees and will be raced over 17m (half a pool length). The cost for juniors is $2 per event.
It is $10 for a team to enter the business house handicap relay.
People can register their interest to compete via email to Ann Pilkie at laurietonswimmingclub@gmail.com
Individual competitors are asked to include their name, date of birth and events they are competing in. For business house handicap relay teams, people are asked to email the team name and the names of each team member.
Registration for the event will close on April 1. Late entries for the business house handicap relay will be taken until 2pm on April 6.
