Council staff will be at the iKew Visitor Centre on Saturday, March 23 from 10am to 12pm and welcome feedback from residents.
"We would love to hear where you would like to see the playground located and what elements you would like to see included in this exciting new space," a spokesperson from council said.
Council was awarded funding through the NSW Government's Stronger Country Communities Fund to design and install a new playground at the iKew Visitor Centre.
People can also complete a survey about the new park at Kew by filling out an online form via council's website.
In 2018 a new park at Laurieton Oval on Castle Street opened to the community.
New features for the Laurieton playground included a new platform with slide, an asphalt bike/scooter track, timber boats and an interactive timber bridge with sound bells.
The aim of the upgrade was to include the addition of natural play elements, diversity of equipment, and more shade and seating.
