The football competition enjoyed an Easter break last weekend.
The Redbacks' only win after three rounds of the competition was their 3-1 victory in round 2 over the Tuncurry Forster side.
But their start to the year has been far from perfect, going down 6-1 to Port United FC in round 1 before a more determined effort - a 2-1 loss - in round 3 against Wallis Lake.
The Redbacks are currently sitting in eighth on the competition ladder only in front of the winless Wauchope side.
And with a goal difference of -4, a win - and goals - will be uppermost in the players' mind this Saturday.
Port United remains on top of the competition ladder with nine points - two wins and a bye - with Port Saints on seven points.
Wallis Lake and Rangers are on six points following by Kempsey Saints on 4 with Tuncurry, Taree Wildcats and the Redbacks all on three points.
It will be critical that the Redbacks find form soon, to keep pace with the competition's leading bunch.
In reserve grade, the Redbacks also sit on three competition points and are, like their first grade counterparts, in eighth place.
Port United and Wallis Lake lead the reserve grade competition on nine points, with Wauchope also winless at this level.
The Redbacks will need to stop leaking goals - they are currently on -6 goal differential.
Their opponents on Saturday, the Wildcats are also on three points but with a much-better for and against.
The news is a bit better for the women's side who have lost just one match so far this season.
The team sits on six competition points, three adrift of leader Rangers and just one point behind second-placed Port United Vipers (seven points).
On Saturday The Redbacks host the Vipers in what will be, obviously, a very intense and interesting contest.
Premier League reserve grade kicks at 1pm, with first grade at 3pm while the ladies game kicks off at 5pm at Vince Inmon Sporting Complex.
