Camden Haven High School's Open Girls Volleyball Team has won the NSW Schools Cup title after players travelled to Newcastle earlier this month.
The team progressed to the grand final after winning three pool games and defeating Rooty Hill High School in the semi final.
Students played the grand final against Plumpton High School.
Camden Haven High School lost the first set 17-25 but worked hard to win the second set 25-22.
They played in a nail-biting deciding set where rallies were long between each of the teams. The Camden Haven High School team proved victorious, winning 12-6.
A spokesperson said the team showed great sportsmanship and represented the school with pride.
"We congratulate them on their determination and dedication," she said.
The Camden Haven High School team was made up of players including Maddy Symons, Ebony Nicholas, Beth Legge, Zahra McGuinness, Emma Biddick, Demi McNamara, Tymarnah Ashenden, Jamie Swift and Isabelle Knack.
