HVMBR president Mick Fullbrook said the event is a family friendly and will kick off at 1pm on Saturday, July 6 at the Jolly Nose Mountain Bike Park.
Mr Fullbrook said people will be insured to ride for the day on the trails.
The HVMBR club will have volunteers present to take groups around small or big loops, depending on differing abilities.
Mr Fullbrook said there will be timing chips set up at the top and bottom of a couple endure trails.
"So just like being in a race you can get timed down the hill," he said.
"There will be timing chips set up for the XC loop too."
Food and drink will be available to purchase on the day.
The event is expected to conclude at about 4pm.
The Jollynose Mountain Bike Park will also host Rocky Trial Racing on July 14.
"We're expecting over 200 riders for that event," Mr Fullbrook said.
